Jerry Osezua

Chief Innovation Officer

Jerry holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering and Network Management from Robert Gordon University, United Kingdom, and a Bachelor of Engineering Degree from Covenant University, Ogun State, Nigeria. He has over 4 years of experience with in-depth experience in Microwave Planning & Implementation, Vsat Commissioning, PABX, Cisco Reuters, and Oil and Gas Engineering. Before joining Dexploic, Jerry was a Specialist in Well Intervention with Baker Hughes Oil and Gas. He has also worked with Vodacom Nigeria and Business Connexion Nigeria, where he was Team Lead on Transmission Planning & Optimization.

Adeyemi Adeyemo

My passion lies in deepening access to digital financial services and enhancing digital payment services as a platform for economic inclusion and growth, employment generation, and sustainability of the country. Additionally, I enjoy working with, building, and empowering young Nigerians for economic impact and business transformation.

  • Grown annual revenue from $15 million to over $195 million in the private sector by launching new sales and distribution opportunities and expanding sales territories globally.
  • Grown annual revenue from $10 million to over $253 million in the public sector through ePayment initiatives with the Nigerian Police Force, Nigeria Housing Funds, Electricity distribution companies of Nigeria, and Internal Revenue Generation for Five State Governments.
  • Been a member of the Card Payment Scheme Board and a subcommittee member of the Central Bank of Nigeria for Nigeria Payment System (FSS 2020).
  • Acted as a trusted and highly respected Business development and executive management leader and mentor during explosive multimillion-dollar company growth from $31 million to over $455 million in remittance across the border transfer income.

Edozie Dikedi Allanah
Edozie holds a Bachelor’s degree from the prestigious lgbinedion University Okada, Edo State, Nigeria. Edozie has over 9 years of working experience in the IT and the automobile industry. He has worked with premium brands like Audi, Porsche global, executing major projects, managing high network individual (HNI) accounts, and driving growth. Edozie has a proven ability in identifying and developing a target list of premium accounts and initiating productive, professional relationships with key premium clients.
